Report on One Day Seminar Panel Discussion (चिंतनवर्ग)

Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan (SSS) (An initiative of Swadeshi Jagran Manch) (SJM) held a panel discussion or (चिंतनवर्ग) on July 07, 2024 (Sunday), at Kurukshetra University (KU), India. The entire panel discussion majorly focused on “discussion in the areas of research and development in Bharat” which is a response to the economic development and growth. According to Shri Satish Kumar Ji, the land of Kurukshetra was chosen because that land of warriors back from Mahabharata times symbolized the principles of Bhagwat Gita. Lord Krishna Ji blessed not only Arjuna but also us the principles and values of the Bhagwat Gita. The entire team of SSS also visited JyotiSar and Brahmo Sarovar which is known for its chivalrous tales of Mahabharata. The Program started at 10:30 AM with the welcome address by Prof. Pradeep Chauhan Ji. The dignitaries on the dias were Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji, Shri Satish Kumar Ji, and CA Anil Sharma Ji.

Session I (Introduction and Inauguration)

The inaugural session of the event started at 11:00 AM with the veneration of all the guests and researchers in the event. Prof. Pradeep Chauhan Ji introduced and welcomed all the attendees. He talked about the mission of Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan and also cited the significance of the ‘Bharatiya Model’ and ‘Think Tank Model’. Shri Satish Kumar Ji, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Sangathak of Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan highlighted the Vision of Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan and shared his views upon “Bharatiya Vikas Model” which is mandatory thus discarding the Western Model.

Shri Satish Kumar Ji then talked about the “Bharat@2047” in detail and gave a motto “Smriddh & Mahan Bharat”. He then introduced everyone to the 8 domains of research areas which are 1. Demography. 2. Economy. 3. Science and Technology. 4. Global Outlook and Bharat. 5. Agricultural and Rural Economy. 6. Employment. 7. Environment. 8. International Trade, and also admired the value of the strength of the core team which consists of Researcher, Mentor, Management and Technical. He further talked about the concept of policy intervention in detail and also added one new domain of research which is “Mathematics and Bharat”.

CA Anil Sharma Ji who is office bearer of SJM & SSS added in between “Calendar archiving” or Pre-Planning of the events. Also, Dr. Sarabjeet Kaur Ji who is the joint secretary of SSS and an assistant professor in Zakir Hussain College (Eve.), University of Delhi marked that more researchers should be hired and internships will be given. The session ended with an agreement that SSS would follow an affiliation that provides opportunities and degrees to the researchers with the help of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the universities (ICSSR and KU).

Session II (Research and Website)

The Second Session was moderated by Shri Satish Kumar Ji and focused on “Research and Website”. He mentioned that the changes should be there on the website of SSS. He talked about the presentable ways to decorate and articulate the data and research on the Website. He also then addressed all the attendees about the new raising concerns of Bharat and assigned duties to the researchers. Prof. Praveen Kumar Ji who is the associate professor of Mathematics at Ramjas College, University of Delhi had given a topic titled, ‘Mathematics and Bharat’.

Prof. Chetna Gupta Ji who is an assistant professor at IP College, University of Delhi and Prof. Madhur Ji were given to do new research on “Indian Value System and Global Outlook” and “Health and Pharmaceutical Industry” respectively.

Moreover, the second session runs on the collective discussions by the mentors and researchers. CA Anil Sharma Ji said that the constructive criticism would be there while doing research and that parameter could the research more acceptable and acknowledgable. Prof. Manish Ji (Assistant Professor in Zakir Hussain College), Dr. Compesh Pannu Ji (Researcher at SSS), Dr. Sarabjeet Kaur Ji and discussed the PhD model of Foreign University which allowed a researcher to work on one particular problem or research questions. That method of model was accepted by all the attendees. In the future, the model will be implemented as mentioned by Shri Satish Kumar Ji.

Session III (Responsibility Assignment)

The speaker of this session was Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji. In the third session, Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji addressed the entire session thus by discussing the future of research in Shodh Sansthan, giving the appropriate responsibilities to every researcher and also motivating them. He talked about the concurrent topics of Artificial intelligence and the future of Bharat in this. He also gave a motto of life which is 1. Swadeshi. 2. Shodh. 3. Swavalambi. He asked everyone for their introduction including academics and responsibilities assigned which had created a new platform for new ideas and growth. He assigned all the researchers and mentors their tasks and also highlighted the importance of Shodh, Teamwork and Website as the paradigm of Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan.

Hardik Sachdeva Ji talked about the differences in the economy of Ireland and India and gave a new way to develop Bharat’s economy. At last, Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji narrated a tale titled, “The Old Man and Tamerlane” which filled up the event with morality and dedication towards workmanship.

Session IV (Valedictory Session)

The valedictory session was moderated by Shri Satish Kumar Ji and Prof. Pradeep Chauhan Ji. Prof. Pradeep Chauhan Ji took feedback from every attendee which opened a new space for further ideas and discussion in research. Shri Satish Kumar Ji gave 8 vertices of “Bharat@2047” which are (1) A Young moving population. (2) India with full employment. (3) The world’s highest economy. (4) Enterprise security mechanisms. (5) Capable advances in science and technology. (6) Environment friendly India. (7) Global speaker. (8) Prevalence of high living values. He also marked that more population will create more economic development and gave a motto to “Bharat@2047”, that is “World is Market but India is Family”.

In conclusion, Shri Kashmiri Lal Ji addressed all with his fine words which gave a horizon to life, research and lifestyle. He inspired and motivated everyone to do miracles in life and job tasks. He concluded that focus is a must, responsibility should be divided, higher authorities should be your inspiration, connections should be maintained and your vision should be clear.
